The purpose of the company is the trade in sweets, gift items and confectionery supplies. The company may participate in other companies and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect partner companies as well as their direct or indirect subsidiary companies, either for consideration or free of charge, enter into indemnification obligations or subordination agreements in favor of such companies, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, either for consideration or free of charge, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets by means of guarantees of any kind.
