The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and sale of direct and indirect participations in all commercial, industrial or real estate companies. More specifically, the company's purpose is to acquire participations or interests in all civil, commercial, artisanal or industrial companies; to manage its direct and indirect subsidiaries and branches that make up the entire Baud industrial group; to manage and transfer a portfolio of securities that will be contributed to the company or that the company proposes to acquire; to manage a portfolio composed of assets other than securities that the company proposes to acquire; to acquire one or more properties and to exploit them by lease, rental or otherwise, as well as their possible transfer; to place the company's available funds; to participate in any form in any cultural, humanitarian, philanthropic, artistic and sporting activity, directly or indirectly; to participate in the company, by all means, directly or indirectly, in all operations that can be related to its purpose by creating new companies, contributing, subscribing or buying securities or social rights, merging or otherwise creating; and generally, all financial, civil, movable or immovable operations that can be directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or to any similar or related purpose. The company may also grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties. Operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded.
