The foundation's purpose, beyond its mandatory obligations, is to provide old-age, disability and survivors' benefits (implementation of occupational pension provision) for the employees of Keller-Frei AG and economically closely related companies. It can also support beneficiaries or their survivors in cases of hardship due to illness, accident or unemployment. The personnel of companies economically or financially closely related to the company can be affiliated through a written accession agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority, provided that the foundation has the necessary means at its disposal and the rights of the existing beneficiaries are not impaired. The foundation can also provide services to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions.
