The foundation's purpose is to protect the employees of the founder and their dependents against the economic disadvantages of old age, disability and death, and to enable them to maintain their standard of living in a satisfactory manner. As a registered pension institution, the foundation implements the BVG and ensures the payment of the statutory minimum benefits in any case. However, it strives for a benefit target that goes beyond the BVG. The foundation can also provide support benefits to employees of the founder, pensioners and surviving dependents in cases of need, such as those caused by illness, accident or unemployment.
