The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in all types of businesses, in particular the acquisition, including of digital assets, holding and disposal of participations in other companies or commercial, industrial or financial enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, and in real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly, in its own name and on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as investments or for any other reason, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all commercial or financial transactions in direct or indirect connection with its purpose or likely to develop it.
