To this end, the company may acquire a property and make it available to institutions that are dedicated to promoting, educating and training Jewish children, adolescents and students living in Switzerland, as well as promoting Jewish culture, or support tax-exempt non-profit organizations with a similar purpose based in the Canton of Zurich. The company does not have any economic objectives and does not distribute dividends. In pursuit of its non-economic purpose, the company may operate a commercial enterprise and, in particular, buy, hold, rent and sell properties.
