The association aims to promote, directly or indirectly, the growth and development of an ecosystem based on Distributed-Ledger Technology (DLT), particularly blockchain, named Kardiachain Protocol (Kardiachain). Kardiachain is intended to establish a peer-to-peer network for the secure execution and verification of application code, particularly smart contracts, associated software protocols, and surrounding ecosystems. To this end, the association ensures a democratic, transparent, and inclusive governance model that prioritizes the interests of the members of the Kardiachain community and upholds the established values and principles of the project. The association may cooperate with or join other organizations if they represent the same or similar interests. The association may provide services for the benefit of its members, member organizations, or third parties and take all measures that directly or indirectly serve the interests of the members. The association may accept donations from third parties but does not pursue commercial purposes and is not profit-oriented.
