The company aims to provide services as a trustee both domestically and abroad (Art. 17 para. 2 FINIG). The company exercises the activity as a trustee in Switzerland in accordance with the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FINIG) and is subject to the corresponding state supervision (Art. 19 para. 2 FINIG). The company also aims to provide services in the trust sector, particularly in the areas of corporate administration, accounting and audit consulting, as well as other trust functions. The company may participate in other enterprises, establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, grant loans and, furthermore, carry out all legal transactions that the purpose of the company may entail.
