All consulting and services to companies in the field of human resources, search and selection of executives and specialists, based on employment contracts of indefinite or definite duration or as an independent contractor, particularly in the fields of energy and natural resources. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in companies with similar objectives, and acquire, hold, manage, mortgage, invest in and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad.
