The company aims to promote, organize and manage sports activities in the field of ice skating and ice hockey for young people and girls affiliated with the Hockey Club Ambrì Piotta. It is responsible for the training of players, the formation of teams to participate in games, tournaments and championships of the respective categories. It administratively manages these activities and finances them with membership fees and the search for sponsors, financiers and donors. It can also organize other sports and recreational events related to the social purpose, and transmits its cultural, ethical and moral values through the passion and respect for ice hockey and sports in general, aggregation and fair play. The Society is affiliated with the corresponding Ticinese and Swiss leagues and federations, and can participate in and/or associate with other companies with similar purposes. It can participate in other companies, acquire, own and sell real estate and other material and immaterial rights that are related to the social purpose.
