Support during pregnancy with up to 6 pregnancy check-ups, guidance through the changes and counselling during a joyful or worrying time.

Preparation for labour and the time afterwards, covering topics such as pregnancy changes, stages of labour, pain management, birthing positions, the postpartum period, newborn feeding and breastfeeding.

Care at home during the first 56 days after birth, with monitoring of the healing process, breastfeeding support, baby care, tying of the baby wrap and a point of contact for questions.

Advice and support with breastfeeding problems such as pain, too much or too little milk, return to work, expressing and storing breast milk, and weaning.

Instructions for pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy and after birth to strengthen the muscles in the postpartum period.
