The company's purpose is: a) to operate a general construction business, including renovation, transformation, project management, special works, and the development of real estate, whether built or unbuilt; b) to operate a business in the fields of sanitation, heating, electricity, tiling, asbestos removal, demolition of existing buildings, treatment and disposal of materials related to these activities, and transportation; c) to operate an architectural, engineering, consulting, and planning office in the field of building techniques, particularly with regard to construction techniques for shell and core construction, as well as the management and control of all architectural, real estate, and construction projects; d) to purchase, sell, import, export, represent, and market, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all goods, products, and materials directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above; e) to engage in real estate brokerage, as well as financial, banking, insurance, and construction consulting; f) to carry out all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; g) to acquire participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; h) to grant loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, to guarantee such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, and to subscribe to any other financial commitment. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
