The Company's purpose is to provide legal services in Switzerland and abroad, by lawyers registered as such in a lawyers' register or other qualified advisors, as well as any other activities related to this purpose. The purpose includes, in particular, the representation and assistance of parties in the context of proceedings before courts and other judicial, administrative and/or arbitral authorities, as well as the provision of legal advice and legal opinions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The Company may carry out all operations and exercise all activities, commercial or financial, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may create subsidiaries or branches. The Company may participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders.
