The company's purpose is the creation, production, manufacturing, and trading in Switzerland and abroad of items in the fields of watchmaking, jewelry, gemology, silversmithing, fashion, and mechanics, notably of watch cases, watch components, and precision mechanical parts; the supply, purchase, sale, and distribution of precious metals, the trading of diamonds, pearls, gemstones including precious, fine, ornamental, and synthetic stones as well as all objects and products related thereto. It also aims to carry out various types of work on all types of metals, the acquisition, sale, exploitation, and licensing of licenses, patents, and other intellectual property rights, as well as, in general, the conclusion of all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It is authorized to grant loans, guarantees, securities, or any other financial commitment in favor of its shareholders, affiliated companies, or third parties, notably in the form of sureties, pledges, security assignments, or fiduciary transfers of assets, even if such commitments are not in its direct interest, provided that they comply with the applicable legal provisions. The company may finally carry out all commercial, financial, or industrial operations directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, or which are likely to promote the realization or enhancement of its assets.
