The company's purpose is to provide services in the fields of finance and information technology (FinTech). The company may, in Switzerland or abroad: i. conduct all financial, commercial and industrial transactions with movable or immovable assets (excluding transactions subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad) and conclude all contracts and transactions that promote the achievement of the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; ii. establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; iii. participate in companies or businesses that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose; iv. hold shares or participation certificates of other companies; v. grant loans or provide guarantees to shareholders or third parties, provided this is in line with their interests.
