The purpose of the company is: the purchase, sale, holding, leasing and marketing of all real estate, all service activities in the field of real estate, in particular promotion, consulting, management, brokerage and administration of condominium properties, real estate construction as a general or total contractor, as well as the import and export of all types of materials or machines related to construction (secondary purpose according to the articles of association). The company may also carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), take participations in other companies, and in general carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
