The company's purpose is: - to constitute and manage a real estate portfolio, whether by purchasing, selling, renting, promoting, developing and exploiting all real estate properties in Switzerland or abroad, which it owns in whole or in part, or holds through lease or other arrangements, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, - to constitute and manage a movable assets portfolio in the broad sense, including investing, subscribing, underwriting, placing, selling, buying and trading shares, securities, bonds, certificates and other securities issued by Swiss or foreign associations or companies, which the company owns in whole or in part, alone or jointly, - to acquire or manage permanent participations in other companies.
