The provision of services in the health sector, particularly nursing care, assistance and support for individuals promoting home care in the form of a comprehensive home care institution of the type OSAD (Organisation de Soins et Aides à Domicile); the placement and delegation of permanent and temporary staff; the sale, rental and maintenance of all products related to the aforementioned services, including the transport of goods for third parties or for the company; the provision of physiotherapy and occupational therapy at home. The company may also carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable operations, as well as all other advisory activities, which may be directly or indirectly related to its purpose or to any similar purpose.
