Automatic Order Capture with AI
Hoshii captures orders from email, PDF, Excel, fax, photo and voicemail, assigns each item to the correct article in the ERP even without an article number, and checks prices, availability and credit limit. KI-Inbox for Inside Sales (Unibox)
The Unibox combines shared and personal mailboxes from Outlook or Gmail in one interface, without migration. Hoshii reads every incoming email, assigns it a label, sorts by urgency, and places it with the responsible person. Internally discuss rather than forward; the reply exits from the own mailbox.
AI agents for recurring tasks
Agents prepare the recurring work, the team approves it. For each email they fetch order, shipment and previous complaints from the connected systems, and draft the reply. Skills include, among others, order confirmations, quotes from inquiries, shipping status and reminders of open deadlines. A correction then applies to the whole team.
ERP Integration
Hoshii is not a new ERP system, but builds on the existing ERP: via REST API, SFTP or Computer Use, with the Connector Developer Kit (CDK) also for custom ERPs. Live with over 20 ERP systems, including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Abacus, Opacc, Proffix, bexio, microtech and CSB-System.
Add-in for Outlook and Gmail
Hoshii runs as an add-in in Outlook and Gmail, also with Exchange Server on your own servers. The completed order appears directly next to the email. No new tool, no second login, no migration.
GDPR-compliant AI chat
Access to leading Claude, GPT, and Gemini models for the entire team, hosted in EU data centers, without training on company data. The chat answers questions from ERP, mailbox, CRM, and price lists, and cites the source under each answer.
Analytics and Early Warning
Hoshii shows the effort by issue, customer and channel, as well as response and processing times and SLA compliance. Hoshii notifies when a core customer orders less, complaints increase, or responses take longer.
