The purpose of the company is primarily to provide services related to the purchase, sale, management, merger or restructuring and reorganization of companies. The company also aims to participate in the businesses mentioned in the main purpose and to be responsible for participating in the management of companies. The company can establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and, in addition, carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company or are connected with it. The company can provide direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, by means of loans and/or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, whether against payment or not.
