The company's purpose is to develop and market business concepts, particularly in the tourism sector, acquire and manage licenses and patents, take on management mandates and trust functions. It can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in related companies, and acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell real estate and intellectual property rights. The company can also grant financing to affiliated companies and other companies, provide securities of any kind, or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies. Furthermore, the company can engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the company's purpose or are related to it. The company can provide direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their (direct or indirect) subsidiaries, and provide securities of any kind for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including its direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved). This includes, but is not limited to, granting guarantees, entering into solidarity obligations or suretyships, or otherwise securing or guaranteeing obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Additionally, the company can engage in liquidity pooling or concentration of net liquidity with the aforementioned companies, including periodic account balancing. This can be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive, and assuming lump-sum risks.
