HSD Global is a non-profit association of general interest, active internationally as a platform for promotion, education, development, and innovation in the field of Human Systems Dynamics (hereafter HSD). Human Systems Dynamics (HSD) refers to an applied field of research and practice that draws on complexity science, systems thinking, and organizational development to understand and influence interaction patterns in human systems. HSD offers models and methods that support observation, interpretation, and adaptive action in situations of uncertainty and change. HSD can be applied to individual coaching, team development, organizational change, community work, and other related fields. The purpose of the HSD Global association is to promote the growth and global development of HSD practitioners and communities through research and the dissemination of knowledge, including through social media, a website, meetings, training, and publications, to rent or acquire assets, as well as to exchange information. The HSD Global association is a public utility association. The HSD Global association does not pursue any profit-making or commercial purpose. Its governing bodies exercise their functions on a voluntary basis. The distribution of profits to members is excluded.
