The core activity of HYCON is to advise and support organizations in the field of humanitarian aid and development cooperation. The activities include: Consulting services in the areas of renewable energy, water and land management, gender equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as protection and accountability; Capacity development and training for employees of organizations; Conducting evaluations and analyses of projects and programs; Development of strategies and concepts for sustainable change; Support in the implementation of projects and programs in various countries. HYCON works closely with various organizations and institutions, including GIZ, OSCE, CARITAS, COOPI and AFD, and offers its services in various countries.
