The company's primary purpose is to provide services in the field of credit consulting, examination and administration to group companies; it can also provide services to third parties. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It can acquire, hold, manage, exploit and transfer real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The company has the right to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans to shareholders, group companies or third parties if this is beneficial to the interest of one or all of the aforementioned persons. It can also carry out financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as assume guarantees of any kind and provide securities or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of other companies, with or without consideration.
