The company's purposes are: the operation of a general construction company, active in both rough and finish work, including all types of development, renovation, and construction work, as well as real estate investments in Switzerland or abroad, excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE; all real estate or other loans. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, securities, and real estate operations directly or indirectly related to its social purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may also create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
