The company's purpose is to develop interior architecture projects in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to buy and sell furniture and decorative items, and to carry out project management activities (designing, planning, and supervising the execution of a project on behalf of the client). The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its partners and/or guarantee, endorse or stand surety for loans granted by third parties to its partners.
