The company may acquire and dispose of businesses, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any business in Switzerland and abroad having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire real estate, encumber, administer and dispose of it within the limits of the LFAIE, carry out all financing activities for its own account or for the account of third parties, grant guarantees and loans to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
