The company's purpose is the design, development, manufacturing, sale, and trade of technological, energy, and all types of machinery solutions, installations for biogas technology and processes including agro-food, the transfer and development of know-how for the construction and operation of facilities intended for energy production, particularly from biomass. To achieve this objective, the company may also acquire, finance, encumber, and transfer shares in domestic and foreign companies, finance, acquire, and use goods, licenses, patents, rights to names and trademarks, and make financial investments of any kind. Furthermore, the company may acquire, build, sell, and encumber land, buy and sell and manage real estate as well as conclude all transactions and contracts likely to promote the company's purpose or which are directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may transfer its registered office to Switzerland or abroad. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
