The company's purpose is to develop and operate a platform that enables the creation, valuation, rental, sale, auctioning, and exchange of tokens issued on the basis of distributed ledger technology (also known as blockchain) in connection with digital, physical, or phygital art (technology that simplifies the connection between the digital and physical worlds), intellectual property rights, volumetric content, or any form of digital work, content, or representation. The company also offers digital production services in all areas, from capture to pre-production, production, and final product. The company may conduct any commercial and financial transactions, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or other forms of financing to companies within the same group, as well as provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies within the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, or securities on the company's assets. The company may, in Switzerland or abroad: engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), and conclude all contracts or transactions that are conducive to the development of its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises or operations that have a direct or indirect connection to its purpose; and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
