The purpose of the association, a non-profit organization, is to directly and indirectly promote, develop and support the Open-Source Ideologi Software Protocol and the surrounding community and ecosystem. Indirect support as required entails direct support of decentralized Peer-2-Peer Web3 technology that is directly or indirectly related to the Ideologi Software Protocol. The association may take any necessary and suitable measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose, plan and implement initiatives, and participate - even financially - in initiatives of other organizations or financially or otherwise support other organizations or individuals, to the extent that all these activities serve the purpose of the association. The association may also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee in pursuit of its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. Supporting organizations or initiatives that do not serve the purpose is prohibited.
