The company's purpose is to engage in engineering, management and participation in the fields of tourism, thermalism and thalassotherapy, as well as all other ancillary activities related to the main purpose. The company also aims to group all companies active in the aforementioned fields in the form of a holding company. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, pursuing an identical or similar social purpose. It may also acquire or finance companies, as well as carry out all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, alienate and operate real estate for use as a permanent establishment. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it holds a direct or indirect participation, or to its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which they hold a direct or indirect participation, whether through loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash-pooling agreements. For this purpose, the company may create securities of any kind for the financing commitments, including through pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not, with the exception of operations related to real estate whose allocation is not exclusively commercial or to companies with an unlimited real estate purpose not limited to commercial real estate.
