The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, management and brokerage of real estate and all other activities that fall within the broad scope of a real estate company active mainly in the Canton of Ticino. The company may also carry out any activity aimed at achieving the social purpose, as well as participate in companies or firms with a similar purpose and perform all those commercial, industrial, financial and real estate operations within the limits imposed by the current legislation (funds for business establishments, art. 2, para. 2, letter a) LAFE), deemed necessary or even only opportune for the achievement of the social object, including participation in other companies and the establishment of branches in Switzerland and abroad.
