The Company's purpose is the processing of data and the provision of solutions based on distributed ledger technology. The Company may, in Switzerland or abroad: (i) engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding operations subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), and conclude all contracts or transactions intended to develop its purpose or in direct or indirect relation thereto; (ii) establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in all enterprises or operations having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; (iv) hold shares or tokens of other companies; (v) grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this serves its interests.
