The company's purpose is to carry out all operations in the real estate sector, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in particular the purchase and sale of land and/or buildings, promotion, construction, renovation, transformation, operation, rental, management, administration, management, consulting and brokerage of properties, on behalf of third parties or on its own account, in Switzerland and abroad. In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable operations, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar purpose or other purposes and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
