The company also has the purpose of buying, selling, managing real estate and all other activities related to real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It may participate in companies or enterprises having a similar or other purpose and create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
