The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector to the extent permitted by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), namely in particular the purchase, sale, leasing, management, renovation, enhancement, promotion, and brokerage of real estate. The company may also: carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; establish or acquire any enterprise pursuing a similar or complementary purpose, and grant loans or any guarantees to shareholders or to third parties.
