The purpose of the company is the management, exploitation and holding of real estate, the acquisition, sale, management, trading and exploitation of properties and assets, the establishment of, participation in, management and supervision of companies and corporations of all kinds, the financing of companies and corporations, the raising of loans and credits as well as the procurement of funds, including the issuance of bonds, debentures or other securities or debt instruments, and the conclusion of contracts related to the aforementioned activities, the provision of consulting and services for group companies and third parties, the granting of guarantees, the pledging of assets in favor of group companies and third parties, the trading of currencies and assets in general, the development and trading of patents, trademarks, licenses, know-how and other intellectual and industrial property rights, and all activities of an industrial, financial or commercial nature that are related to or conducive to the purpose. Excluded are transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG) and activities subject to licensing by FINMA. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for third-party account, as well as enter into guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
