The sale of products from the European and global aerospace industry and related industries in Switzerland; the handling of all transactions related to flight equipment and its use, namely, purchase, sale, representation, use, maintenance and repair; special studies, adjustment, revision, maintenance, repair and maintenance of all aerospace and industrial equipment; the purchase, sale, import and export of all products related to the aerospace industry; all commercial, financial, industrial and consulting activities related to the import and export of aerospace products and associated and derived products; direct or indirect participation in all commercial, financial, industrial, furnishing and real estate activities, excluding all activities prohibited by the LFAIE. With regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, these will be limited to companies with exclusively commercial purposes. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
