The company's purpose is: a) the purchase, sale, import, export and marketing, in general, of massage and fitness equipment, as well as any product of any nature, in particular perfumes, body and face care products, cosmetics and their derivatives, as well as any service related to these fields; b) the management and administration of any wellness, fitness and beauty center; c) coaching, assistance and consulting in the field of care and fitness; d) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (LBA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
