All advice and assistance in the management and administration of assets and portfolios, within the meaning of Article 17, paragraph 1 LEFin, of securities, services and advice in the field of investment and investment, financial transactions on a fiduciary basis, taking participations in companies pursuing a similar purpose, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties all commercial, financial, industrial, securities and real estate transactions in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE, open branches in Switzerland and abroad and take participations in other companies having a similar or related purpose. In the latter case, it informs the FINMA.
