All activities aimed at establishing and operating medical offices, medical centers and clinics, in Switzerland and abroad, with or without an infirmary, staffed by specialists offering medical care, particularly in psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and psychology; all activities related to emergency treatment within the competence of the centers operated by the company; all home care and assistance activities within the competence of the centers operated by the company; all activities related to medical research, including the organization of seminars, courses, conferences, and continuing education activities; all publishing, publishing and dissemination activities in the field of medicine, psychiatry, psychology, psychoanalysis, psychotherapy and more generally in the humanities and literature (cf. statutes for full purpose).
