to animate the theme of a new urban social contract, in partnership with the city of Geneva and test cities (such as Medellin, Nairobi, Singapore or Chicago). This work will be based on a specific methodology combining academic research and art, within a defined timeframe (the Edgelands methodology), to enable the emergence of practical solutions contributing to a new urban social contract, serving both the interests of the city and its inhabitants in these times of global pandemic and digital surveillance; to develop and test, based on the Edgelands methodology, new practices and capacities at the city level to manage the rights and well-being of citizens in a safe and responsible manner, particularly in the areas of security and digitalization; to prepare the Geneva 25_En commun project in close collaboration with the parties involved. The association is a non-profit organization, neutral from both a political and ideological point of view.
