The company's purpose is to provide all consulting services in the field of business management, including the management and planning of mandates (facility management); real estate expertise, all real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, management, administration and maintenance of buildings, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial or securities transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring interests in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
