The company's purpose is to engage in any activity in the field of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, in particular the acquisition, appraisal, sale, management of buildings, promotion, brokerage, rental, renovation of buildings, as well as the acquisition, holding and disposal in Switzerland and/or abroad of financial participations of any kind, directly or indirectly, as well as the financing of companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, and all convergent commercial or financial activities. It may also acquire movable or immovable property related or unrelated to the company's purpose, in particular any acquisition of buildings. Real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) are excluded.
