The construction and management of a car park at plot no. 1203 RFD in Locarno, as well as the purchase of movable and immovable property in Switzerland and abroad; the design, construction and management - on its own, by concession, by project financing and/or on behalf of third parties - of hydroelectric and photovoltaic power plants; the production and sale of electricity; provision of maintenance and management services for hydroelectric power plants owned by third parties; it may assume, for these activities, commercial agencies and representations, with or without deposit, of national and foreign companies; the provision of services in the field of communication, advertising and all below-the-line activities related to communication; the design, construction and management - on its own, by concession, by project financing and/or on behalf of third parties - of parking facilities; financing of third parties (towards national and foreign companies). The company may, in addition, carry out all commercial, financial (excluding the collection of savings and provided that it is not prevalent and not towards the public), securities, real estate and industrial operations that will be deemed necessary or convenient for the achievement of the company's purpose, as well as grant real guarantees, provide sureties and guarantees also in favor of third parties, acquire interests and participations in other companies or enterprises with a similar or less or related or connected object to its own, both directly and indirectly, both in Switzerland and abroad.
