The purpose of the company is to provide asset management services in accordance with Art. 19 para. 1 FINIG in the name and on behalf of its clients and with regard to their assets. The services consist of the acquisition or disposal of financial instruments, the acceptance and transmission of orders relating to financial instruments, the management of financial instruments (asset management in the narrower sense) and the provision of personal recommendations relating to transactions with financial instruments (investment advice). The company may establish branches, found companies or participate in companies with a similar purpose in Switzerland and abroad, including their management, promotion and financing. The company may also engage in any other activity that is directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, as well as acquire and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
