Excluding any real estate transactions in Switzerland that do not have an exclusively commercial purpose, to provide family office services to affiliated individuals and companies (direct or indirect subsidiaries, sister companies, parent companies and/or other individuals and entities with which the company has commercial or family ties), including the following services: wealth management services, administrative assistance and strategic, legal, tax, financial and/or asset advice; as well as acquiring, holding or selling participations in all forms and different titles and financial instruments in Switzerland and abroad; the company may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of affiliated individuals and parties, all transactions directly or indirectly related to its main purpose stated above.
