The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, including in particular the purchase, sale, rental and management of real estate. It also aims to carry out all commercial, movable and immovable transactions related thereto, including the development of any project through the intervention of a general or total contractor, in compliance with the legislation and standards of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA). The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote it, and take participations in other companies in Switzerland or abroad.
