The acceptance of deposits from the public in accordance with Art. 6 para. 2 of the Banking Ordinance (BO), the provision of advisory services in the field of insurance and financial activities, as well as the trading of insurance products and financial service providers, the provision of advisory services regarding credits, mortgages, insurance and brokerage of insurance contracts, credits and financial products, the establishment of branches in Switzerland and abroad as well as participation in other companies, and any other activity related to or connected with the achievement of the company's purposes.
