The company's purpose is the trade, purchase, sale, import, export and transportation of automobiles and utility vehicles, as well as all related goods. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities related to the company's purpose. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors.
